help facilitate the negotiations between a quantum chemistry professor & inventor and
VCs / investors concerning the spin out of technology due to the extreme
technical and scientific complexity of the matter (quantum
physics / laser optics / algorithms).
· Obtained clearance to enter Los Alamos National Lab
and Lawrence Livermore National Lab
· Assessment of claims concerning the power transmission efficiency of a novel electromagnetic propulsion system. Development and direction of the implementation of a new physical measurement system to determine such efficiencies with very high accuracy. Numerical analysis of data. Reports and recommendations to CEO, founders, and investors.
· Monte Carlo simulation for a novel nano-analytical FIB systems (computational rarefied aerodynamics, ion optics). Reports and recommendations to CTO.
· Fundamental assessment of a life science related problem, specifically to discover the physical and or chemical reasons for the biological/medical efficacy of a novel substance with incompletely understood properties. Development of a complete research program and road map for high performance simulations, physical and chemical measurements incl. required instrumentation. Cost / risk analysis thereof. Detailed report and recommendations to the Scientific Advisory Board and Board of Directors.
· Development of mathematical concept, algorithm, code, and execution of numerical simulations, which enabled the optimization of physical instrumentation for ultra sensitive protein binding event detection (atto mole level). Demonstration of fundamental physical reasons for sensitivity limit. Reports and recommendations to CEO & CSO / founders.
· Monte Carlo simulation to guide the development of a novel instrument to non-chemically sterilize objects and surfaces (electron optics). Reports and recommendations to CTO.
